Eccentric and Unapologetic

Original Oil over Mixed Media
by Christine Cloutier

Eccentric and Unapologetic is a striking original oil over mixed media painting by Christine Cloutier, inspired by the bold elegance of the exotic Bird of Paradise flower. Exploding with radiant oranges, brilliant blues, luminous yellows, and expressive brushwork, the piece celebrates fearless individuality and the beauty of living authentically. Like the flower itself, it stands confidently apart—vibrant, unconventional, and impossible to ignore.

Through layers of rich texture and energetic colour, Cloutier invites viewers to embrace their unique spirit, encouraging women to celebrate their quirks, strengths, and voices without hesitation or apology. This joyful composition is both empowering and uplifting, bringing warmth, confidence, and contemporary elegance to any collection.
