Shipping
All our items are carefully packed for shipping and generally ship within 24 hours of ordering. Any changes or alterations to that you will be notified. All items on this website are generally in stock items. Some items, being large may take up to 72 hours to ship. We do charge for shipping and that will be calculated after the purchase is made when we know where it is going, what type of service is required (tailgate, residential delivery etc.)
Shipping Policy For Client
After it is shipped we will notify you via email. Once it arrives, your obligation is to unpack the item, carefully inspect it for shipping damages and report those with pictures to us within 7 days of receipt. We do carry insurance on shipping but our insurance company will require pictures, and will want damages reported ASAP.
Other Shipping Issues
From time to time we have run into shipping issues, which have included strikes, as well as other issues. We will notify you if any of those apply. These are generally exceptions to our shipping and typically effect everyone shipping.
