In Conversations at Sea, Danu and Crow pause during their travels through Tír na nÓg, the legendary Celtic Land of Eternal Youth. While Crow glides gracefully above the water, Danu has taken the form of a selkie, moving effortlessly between the worlds of land and sea. Together they rest upon the tranquil ocean, sharing stories of their journey and reflecting on the adventures that still lie ahead.
The painting captures a quiet moment of friendship and companionship within a larger mythological narrative. As Crow recounts his experiences in this magical realm, the two companions consider where their travels may lead next.
