Bathed in the first light of morning, a lone mountain ridge rises above the clouds where earth and sky meet at the edge of the unknown. At the Edge explores the quiet space between certainty and possibility, inviting us to pause before taking the next step into whatever lies beyond.
 
Artists Statement
 
Every meaningful life is shaped by invisible edges. The moments when we no longer know what lies ahead... Only that we cannot remain where we are. Some arrive quietly. Others change us forever. The wilderness has taught me that these moments are rarely dramatic. More often, they arrive one step at a time. One more switchback. One more ridge. One more decision to keep moving when the destination still feels impossibly far away. Standing above the valley, I realized the mountain had never been asking anything of me. It had simply been waiting for me to arrive ready to listen.
 
The edge wasn't a place. It was a choice.
 
The edge is where certainty ends... and becoming begins. Looking back, I see that every meaningful chapter of my life began at one of those invisible edges. Leaving behind what was familiar. Beginning again after loss.
 
Saying yes before I felt ready.
 
Taking the first step without knowing where the trail would lead.
 
The mountains never changed who I was.
